FRENZY! BASARA!

Sengoku Basara 3, labled as Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes in English releases, is a hack-and-slash adventure game about feudal Japanese warriors fighting each other to unite Japan under one leader. Some fight for good, while, obviously, some fight for evil.
Most of the characters have epic, but impractical, weapons, including a giant anchor and a giant ball-and-chain attached to wooden handcuffs. I'm new to hack-and-slash, so I'm not to sure of how this ranks against others in the genre, but among all other games I've played, I'd say it ranks just below Final Fantasy 8.
There's a plethora of amazing unlockable characters, making the repetition of the game less of a hassle.

The only thing wrong, besides the repetitive courses, would be the noticably terrible lip syncing. But I think it gives it a nostalgic feel, reminding me of old kung-fu movies.

I give it a 9 out of 10, since the only real flaw is, once again, the repetition.
